“Late yesterday I received a letter from the Premier requesting a meeting with him to discuss the Kangaroo Bay Hotel project.
Today I have responded to accept that invitation on the basis that the proponents and other industry bodies are not in attendance.
Council made its position clear on this matter at its meeting on Monday night and has initiated the buy-back process.
I look forward to hearing what the Premier has to add to the matter on Monday.”
