Annual community health and wellbeing event, ‘Living Well in Clarence’, continues to be a popular occasion for locals with hundreds of people turning up.

Held on Saturday 2 November 2019 at Rosny Library, the event celebrates all things that make you healthy and well in Clarence.

There was fun for everyone with live entertainment, interactive displays, virtual reality, children’s activities, local produce, vintage cars, and lots of information on health and wellbeing.

Many attendees had a go at something new thanks to the 25 services and groups showcasing their activities and sharing their valuable information.

Stallholders covered the spectrum of health and wellbeing from social groups, fitness, mental health, learning new skills, managing health issues, caring for others, and getting involved in community services.

A treasure hunt raffle had everyone exploring the stalls to answer questions and go in the draw to win a basket of donated goods.

Living Well in Clarence is collaboratively organised by Clarence City Council; the Tasmanian Health Service; Rosny Library; Rokeby, Warrane Mornington, Clarendon Vale and Risdon Vale Neighbourhood Centres; and supported by many more contributors and exhibitors.
