Council is holding a pop-up community information session at Howrah Community Centre to give the community the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what council is doing to tackle the water quality issues at Howrah Beach following the recent ‘poor’ rating of the water quality at Howrah Beach as part of the Derwent Estuary Program’s Water Quality Annual Report.
Representatives from council, Derwent Estuary Program, and TasWater will be available to answer questions.
When: Saturday 13 November 2021 from 10.00am to 1.00pm.
Where: Howrah Community Centre, 11 Howrah Road, Howrah 7018.
