For many of us Christmas is an exciting and special time to celebrate with friends and family, but for some, it can be a particularly tough and lonely time of year.
Council is partnering with the Clarence Salvation Army and community services to give the gift of a special Christmas brunch to people in Clarence who might otherwise be lonely or are having a hard time.
This will be the second Christmas Brunch in Clarence, and to make it an even bigger success, we need help from the community.
We’re calling for volunteers to donate their time and talents to creating a Christmas celebration which will bring people together and create positive memories.
If you’re a chef, musician or entertainer, we need you.
If you’re a business owner who could help by donating food and drinks for the event, we need you.
If you would like to help out in some other way we would love to hear from you too.
