Has your livestock been attacked by dogs in the past ten years?

If so, would you be prepared to complete a short survey to help with research into this issue?

You may complete this survey either on computer, or hard copy – to be returned either by email or regular post.

The survey is seeking information about dog attacks on farm livestock between 2006 and 2015.  I am particularly interested in the number, value and type of livestock, and the number and type of dogs (if known).

The results of this survey will be made available to state and local governments, in order to better inform policy development and procedures regarding dog control and management.

I will not ask your name, but I would need your postcode and council area.
