A two-part activity for the body and mind that incorporates bowls, functional training, fitness and socialisation. Sessions will be adapted for individuals and benefits will range from enabling participants to perform activities of daily life more easily, to withstanding injuries and providing a sense of accomplishment and achievement. It aims to improve health, well being and social connectedness. The program will run Thur & Fri at 11 am for 4 weeks. Includes a gift at a light meal on last day.
