Council Offices
The Council Offices will close at 1.00 pm (payments to cashiers will be accepted until 12.00 noon) on Tuesday 24 December and will be closed on the following days:

- Wednesday, 1 January 2020
Other days will be as per normal hours (8.30am to 5.15pm).
Mornington Depot
The Mornington Depot will close at 12.00pm on Friday, 20 December and will be closed on the following days:

- Thursday, 26 December 2019
- Friday, 27 December 2019
- Wednesday, 1 January 2020
Other days will be as per normal hours (7.30am to 4.30pm).

Mornington Waste Transfer Station
The Mornington Waste Transfer Station will close at 4.00pm on Tuesday, 24 December and will be closed on Christmas Day. The station will be open from 8.30am until 4.00pm on the following days:
- Thursday, 26 December 2019
- Wednesday, 1 January 2020
Other days will be as per normal operating hours (7.30am to 5.00pm weekdays; 8.30am to 4.00pm weekends).
Second Chance Re-use Shop
The Second Chance Re-use Shop will be open from 9.00am until 4.00pm on Tuesday, 24 December and will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Other days will be as per normal operating hours.
Collection of Garbage, Recyclables and Greenwaste
No collection of garbage, recyclables or greenwaste will occur on Christmas Day.
For those residents who would normally have garbage, recyclables and greenwaste collected on Wednesday, 25 December, collections will be undertaken on Sunday 22 December. Collections on all other days over the Christmas/New Year period will remain unchanged.
Please ensure that bins are placed out for collection no later than 6.00am on collection day.
Clarence Aquatic Centre
The Centre will be closed on Christmas Day.
Rosny Child Care Centre
The Centre will be closed from 5.30pm Friday 20 December and reopen at 7.30am on Monday 6 January 2020.
Children’s Services – Alma Street (Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Care)
The Children’s Service office will close at 1.00pm on Tuesday 24 December and reopen at 9.00am on Thursday 2 January 2020. The school holiday programme will operate at Lindisfarne and Montagu Bay primary schools from 8.00am to 6.00pm weekdays from Monday 6 January 2020 through to Friday 31 January 2020 (closed Australia Day public holiday – 27 January.
Clarence Community Volunteer Service
The Volunteer Service will be closed from 1.00pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019. The office will reopen on Monday 6 January 2020 and service to clients will resume on Monday 13 January 2020.
Schoolhouse Gallery and Rosny Farm
The Schoolhouse Gallery and Rosny Farm will be closed from Monday 23 December 2019. The office will reopen on Monday 6 January 2020 and the site will reopen to the public on Wednesday 8 January 2020 and resume normal opening hours which are Wednesday to Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm.
Youth Services
The Youth Services office will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and will reopen on Thursday 2 January 2020.
