Due to our waste collection contractor experiencing significant and ongoing COVID-19 related staff shortages, there will continue to be disruptions to regular waste collections across the municipality.
If your bin/s have not been collected please leave them out and they will be collected as soon as possible in the following days.
The collection of general waste and recycling will continue to be prioritised over the collection of green-waste.

Our customer service team is experiencing a huge number of waste-related calls, please do not call council unless your bin collection is more than two days overdue.
