Food connects people, and in Clarence there are a variety of regular opportunities to meet new people or catch up with old friends while enjoying a wholesome meal.

Regular programs such as community lunches, Clarence Eating with Friends, cafe conversations, second bite and snack and chat and chew are held throughout Clarence – in Clarendon Vale, Risdon Vale, Warrane, Lindisfarne and Rokeby.

Food Connections Clarence is a group of organisations, businesses, schools and volunteers who are committed to working together to help improve access to healthy, low cost food, to those most vulnerable – our older residents who are socially isolated, and may not otherwise have access or hte opportunity to ‘eat well’ on a regular basis.
