The draft amendment relates to rezoning the land at 16 Nayuka Street, Geilston Bay from Low Density Residential to General Residential. The amendment has been certified as being suitable for public exhibition and the proposal includes a 13 residential lot subdivision.

The amendment and associated draft subdivision permit is being advertised for 28 days as required by Section 38 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.  The documentation can be inspected at the Council offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park during office hours, or viewed on Council’s website at www.ccc.tas.gov.au until 16 September 2020.
