The Annual General Meeting of the Clarence City Council will be held on Monday, 5 December 2022 at 7.00pm.
Members of the public wishing to attend are asked to register via the on-line booking system at https://ccc.tas.gov.au/councilmeetingbookings.
If you are unable to access the internet or experience issues with the booking system, you can contact our Corporate Support team on either 6217 9523 or 6217 9524, who will be able to register for you.
Registration will open at 9.00am on the Thursday before the meeting.
On the evening of the meeting doors will open at 6.40pm with attendance required by 6.50pm to allow time for seating of attendees prior to commencement of the meeting.
If you have registered but no longer wish to attend, please advise our Corporate Support team prior to the meeting.
Council’s 2021/22 Annual Report for the City will be presented to the meeting.
Members of the public may make written submissions on the Annual Report for discussion at the Annual General Meeting. Submissions, written notices of motion and/or questions to be put to the Annual General Meeting will be received by no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
The Meeting will be livestreamed via a link on council’s Facebook Page and website and an audio-visual recording will be published to council’s website.
The Agenda will be available at the Council Chambers and on council’s website at www.ccc.tas.gov.au on Friday, 2 December 2022.
