The Annual General Meeting of the Clarence City Council will be held on Monday, 6 December 2021 at 7.00pm.

Due to maximum density limits associated with COVID-19, we are only able to accommodate a maximum of 12 people in the public gallery.

Members of the public wishing to attend will need to register via the online booking system at If you are unable to access the internet or experience issues with the booking system, you can contact our Customer Contact team on 6217 9500 who will be able to register for you.

Registration will open at 9.00am on the Thursday before the meeting. Only members of the public who have registered for the meeting will be able to attend. On the evening of the meeting, doors will open at 6.40pm with attendance required by no later than 6.50pm to allow time for check-in and seating of attendees prior to commencement of the meeting. If you have registered but no longer wish to attend, please advise our Customer Contact Team prior to the meeting.

COVID safe and social distancing measures will apply at the meeting.

Council’s 2020-21 Annual Report for the City will be presented to the meeting.

Members of the public may make written submissions on the Annual Report for discussion at the Annual General Meeting.

Submissions, written notices of motion and/or questions to be put to the Annual General Meeting will be received by no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday, 1 December 2021.
