Getting fit is fabulous fun

When daylight savings kicks in you know it’s that time of year again… time to get your jogging shoes on, get out and about, and get active!

Council has a great program to help you along. Fitness in the Park, now in its sixth year of operation, provides free fitness sessions to one and all.

While the program runs most of the year round, the sessions ramp up in the spring and summer months with six sessions a week happening in a variety of parks around Clarence.

Fitness in the Park is a great way to enjoy local parks and beaches, meet up with people, and get active.

The program kicks off on the Monday 5 October and this year includes a new family fun and fitness session in Clarendon Vale.
