Clarence City Council’s Community Health and Wellbeing Advisory Committee is currently recruiting members for both the Livability, Environment Working Group, and the Information Communication Working Group.

Council is looking for people with a passion for livability and the built and natural environment to join regular meetings to help plan for the future health of our city.

The working group is interested in exploring projects around: community hubs, social impact assessments for new developments, the walkability / bikeability of urban areas, planning for public open spaces, community safety, public transport, and access to recreation. If your interest and skills are in planning our residential areas for healthier living, Council would like to hear from you.

Council is also looking for people with a passion for information and communication keen to use their skills to promote health and wellbeing. People with particular skills in mixed media including social media, public relations, and a range of communication tools are being asked to consider getting involved.

If you would like to contribute, please submit an Expression of Interest form.
