This summer Clarence City Council is hosting films outside on the beautifully manicured lawns at Rosny Farm, with a big screen and amazing sound. Just like the gold class movie experience, food and drinks will be brought to you in the comfort of your very own bean-bag.

This summer Clarence City Council is hosting films outside on the beautifully manicured lawns at Rosny Farm, with a big screen and amazing sound. Just like the gold class movie experience, food and drinks will be brought to you in the comfort of your very own bean-bag.

Featuring four classic films to cast you back and whet your appetite:

  • Dirty Dancing – 30 January
  • Monty Python's Life of Brian  - 31 January
  • Mrs Doubtfire – 6 February
  • Pan's Labyrinth – 7 February

Hobart's newest food van Wurstwagen by Wursthaus is also preparing bento style meal boxes including:

  • Vietnamese rice-paper rolls with pickled vegetables, sesame dukkha and tamari
  • Smokey free range pulled pork with sesame slaw in spelt tortillas
  • Slow cooked Wagyu beef sliders
  • Dark chocolate Quinoa brownie with a nut brittle, fresh summer berries & cream

A selection of wine by the bottle is also available by pre-order (make sure you have your ID with you when you arrive) and food and drink options are available by cash purchase at the event.

Bring your own chair, rug or bean bag but please note; raised seating will be allocated to the back of the venue.

In the event that the weather is wet or windy, the screening will be held in the Barn at Rosny Farm. Ticket holders will be given the option to attend in the Barn or reschedule for later screenings where possible.
