Skateboard Hubs

Skateboarding Australia  (SbA) is a national skateboarding organisation endorsed by the Australian Sports Commission and have formulated a range of activities to maximise engagement with a wide range of Australians, from kids stepping on the board for the first time, to those whose talent needs to be extended. They have engineered a system – the Hub – that guarantees the long-term growth of skateboarding in Australia, Hub by Hub.

Sessions in Clarence include:

Streetwise

Streetwise is an established national grassroots development program designed to offer youth from all walks of life the opportunity to become actively involved in skateboarding. It is the primary goal within the Hubs, and is all about having a fun and social time, learning safety and etiquette within the skate park, and pushing skaters to learn new tricks.

Filmer Session

No set obstacles, no time limits, this is a time for all the local heads to log tricks under the watchful lens of an up and coming videographer. This is the perfect vehicle for an aspiring videographer to showcase their artist talent in the capture and edit of a skateboarding session.
