Clarence City Councils' Customer Service Charter is a public statement of our attitudes towards our customers and the provision of service. It is our commitment to delivering a high quality service to you.

The Customer Service Charter is divided into 3 parts:

1. How we will deal with you and what you can expect from us.

2. A list of our services and performance standards.

3. What avenues you can take if you are unhappy with the outcome or service provided by council.
